Hudi Pharma provides FREE SHIPPING to EU countries services for any order – no minimum order required to benefit from FREE SHIPPING to EU countries. Delivery is via Italy Postal Service. Hudi pharma reserves the right to choose alternate freight carriers at any time and for any shipment.

International Shipping Methods

We use International Express Service for all international deliveries. Please allow around 3-5 working days from dispatch. Additional delays may occur due to heavy load on postal services and customs. International orders might be subject to import taxes/duties. For information, please contact your local customs authority.

* We are not responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from shop.hudipharma.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Upon delivery Duties & Taxes may or may not be collected.

Damaged Shipments

We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise. This requires a joint effort on both parties (you and us), therefore, please inspect the package upon receipt for damage. If it’s not reported at time of shipment, it makes it very difficult to prove otherwise.

Back Orders

We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of canceling the out-of-stock items, holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock items when they are available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for these partial shipments.

Refused Shipments

Packages that have been shipped and refused, will not be issued a refund. Do to Customs regulations abroad, we are not responsible for packages that are kept, withheld, discarded, or destroyed. No refunds will be issues.

Return policy

The Customer is entitled to withdraw from the Terms and Conditions of Sale, without penalty or obligation and without the need to give any explanation, within 7 (seven) days of the date of Product delivery. If the Customer decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer shall notify the Seller about the withdrawal to this address: returnhudipharma.com
The Customer shall dispatch the products back to the Seller within 7 (seven) days of the date when the above notification was submitted.
Upon withdrawal in accordance with the present Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Supplier will refund the purchase price to the Customer within 30 (thirty) days of the date when the product is received back.
The return delivery charges will be borne by the Customer alone.
Refunds will be made by the same payment method originally used to make the payment.
The Customer is responsible to organize and pay for the shipment of the returned Products. Any damages and losses to the Products during the return process will be borne by the Customer.
In the event of withdrawal, the Customer must not remove any product label, slip, open or damage the Product to be returned. The Product must be in its original condition, tags and packaging included.
